Most of y'all will know these sounds because they're claimed to be from Windows Longhorn (Windows Vista beta) though they're actually from a Samsung OEM theme for Windows XP from 2003. Just that they were stolen for unofficial Windows Vista themes for XP before Vista came out and then people started putting them in Windows startup sound history videos as if they came from beta builds of Vista.
