Now here is the one part of the duo of the DeVille twins, Phil. He is the younger twin(?) of the two, being the one doing more of the more questionable stuff of the two. I always found that off putting low-key.

Trained on a cleaned dataset of voice clips of Phil from Rugrats: Royal Ransom.
Trained on RMVPE / Ov2 pretrains.
