This is my first go at making a model and I was watching the Harley Quinn show and absolutely love this guy so I made a voice. I may try and make it better later on with more voicelines but for now I still think its pretty good.
**Recommendations:** I recommend setting the feature retrieval rate (voice accent thingy) to 0.7-1.0
but feel free to lmk if you find something else that works well
