This should be an improvement from my earlier Robotnik Model, as said before, here is Jim cummings Robotnik, he still might have some echo, but a bit less than my last model, I hope you enjoy nonetheless!

He more or less only has a very low gravely voice, so I suggest going for those kinds of songs to use, or pitch it down, but even then he defaults to a whispery voice the louder the source gets, this can be improved, but for now, leave it at -12 most of the time, also he's better at talking than singing.

(Fixes: I shortened the dataset and added the robotnik voice he presented at conventions)
